Before joining daycare, every dog comes in for a complimentary 20–30 minute meet and greet. It's relaxed, fun, and gives us a chance to make sure daycare is a great fit for your pup.
You and your dog are greeted by one of our trained team members. We chat briefly about your dog's personality, history and any special needs.
Your dog enters the playroom in a calm, controlled way and is introduced to a small group. Our staff watches closely to assess comfort level, social cues and energy.
After the intro, we share our observations with you. If it's a great match, your dog stays for their first full day of play — on us. No charge, no commitment.
What to bring
Your dog on a leash and collar or harness. Vaccination records for Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella (or your vet's contact info — we can request them). Allow about 30 minutes for the full meet and greet before play begins.
Grooming appointments are available for both daycare members and walk-in clients. Our spa team handles everything from bath and brush to full grooms, nail trims and ear cleaning.
