Before joining our open playrooms, every new dog meets our team for a relaxed, 20 to 30 minute introduction. It keeps every dog safe and tells us exactly how to make your pup's day wonderful. The visit, and their first full day of daycare, is free.
We review your pup's history, health and habits with you, then walk you through the facility so you can see exactly where their day happens, playrooms, rest zones and all.
Your dog spends time with a trained team member, meets a couple of calm playmates one at a time, and shows us their comfort level with people, dogs and rest spaces.
Once they're settled, your pup joins the right playroom for their size and energy. You head out with webcam access and pick up a happy, tired dog at the end of the day.
If a dog isn't quite ready for open play, that's okay. We'll share what we noticed and simple steps to help, and they're always welcome back when they're ready.
We never turn dogs away by breed. To keep every guest safe, we ask that all dogs meet a few simple requirements.
Up-to-date vaccines mean your pup always plays with fully protected friends. Please have your vet administer vaccines at least 48 hours, ideally 7 days, before the first visit.
Bring your records on the day, or share your vet's details and we'll happily request them for you.
The meet and greet itself takes about 20 to 30 minutes. After that, your dog stays for their free day of play and you pick them up before close.

You're welcome to join the tour and watch the playroom webcams while you're here. Dogs usually settle faster once their person heads out, and you can keep watching on webcam from anywhere.
That's very normal. Introductions happen one dog at a time at your pup's pace. If they need more time, we'll suggest gentle next steps and welcome them back whenever they're ready.
No. The first day is genuinely free. If you'd like to continue, our meet and greet specials are the best value we offer and are only available to book on the day of your visit.
